Central Coast Granite Renews Support
13 Mar 2018 by ccasport
Central Coast Granite have announced their on-going support to the Central Coast Academy of Sport through a revised sports partnership agreement. Central Coast Granite will continue as the name sport partner to the highly successful Touch Football program and will fill a sponsorship ‘gap’ in the CCAS basketball program by taking a supporting role to this highly successful sporting program.
In a world where sponsorships are often measured by ‘transactional relationships’ the partnership with Central Coast Granite has been built and nurtured on the delivery of mutual obligations. The Principals of Central Coast Granite have sport ingrained in their DNA and it’s this genuine love and understanding of sport that has seen those ‘men and women of stone’ renew so quickly with the Central Coast Academy of Sport.
Central Coast Granite commenced supporting the Central Coast Academy of Sport early in 2017, in that time Central Coast Granite were instrumental in helping with the introduction of Touch Football and Tennis programs.
Ian Robilliard the CCAS Managing Director said of this renewed sporting partnership: “Central Coast Granite is a local family owned and operated business, Jim and Belinda Cunnington and their sons have built a business based on the very principles that sport teaches us, team work, unity and doing your very best. It’s really no surprise that the relationship between our organisations is built on similar values. Jim himself was a proven high performing athlete and it’s great to see his interest in sport now being further realised through his philanthropic approach to put back into a sector that has provided him so much enjoyment. It truly is a pleasure working with like-minded people and we thank them for their support to our various sporting programs”.
Jim Cunnington Owner of Central Coast Granite said of the renewed partnership, “It’s a pleasure being involved with such a professionally run sporting organisation and we are proud to continue our support of the Academy of Sport”
